We are very happy with our new door installation done by Prime Garage Door. The door looks and functions great as we’d expect and the installers where punctual, courteous and cleaned up very well when they were done.

A spring on our door sprung at 2:00 the day before Thanksgiving. We had one car trapped inside and one out (thank goodness for that at least). I called Prime figuring we wouldn’t get a service tech until the next week. They sent a tech the same day!! I’m sure that isn’t the norm, but we are SO thankful for their promptness and getting our door back up and running. Five star all the way. Thank you!!!
