3 months in and looking back I’m glad I gave Crossfit a chance! I’m working to get better each day and the coaches do a fantastic job of motivating and teaching techniques. All the coaches are super fun and take the time to get to know each and every individual. Each class is an opportunity to push myself a little more physically and mentally. The other members of CrossFit PL have been supportive and fun to get fit with! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to have fun and get fit!!
